Incomplete delivery or non-compliant (due to carrier)

No general or specific condition provided by the client can be integrated with these terms, except in cases of prior agreement between the parties prior to the conclusion of the contract.
The fact that the company does not rely on a failure by the Client to any of the obligations contained herein can not be interpreted in the future as a waiver of the obligation in question.
The company reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time these Terms of Trade. In case of modification, it will be applied to each order the Conditions of Contract at the date of the order. The company will also maintain its servers every time stamped versions of Conditions of Contract.
Retention of title
Products delivered to the customer remain the property of the company until the contract has not been executed entirely. By cons, risk transfer takes effect upon the effective delivery of products and / or services ordered through the online store.
Documentation provided to the customer are governed by the Code of Intellectual Property. They remain the property of the company. It is therefore forbidden to reproduce, sell, or exploit the materials provided without the consent of the company.
Law
This contract is subject to French law, in accordance with European directives.
This is for both the substantive rules for formal rules. In case of dispute, the companies will favor the settlement.
This search for an amicable solution does no deadlines to act as collateral.
Otherwise, and in accordance with Articles 46 to 48 of the NCPC, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
